Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Kibale Forest
Pick-up from Entebbe or Kampala. Travel to Kibale Forest National Park, the primate capital of East Africa. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetland Walk
After breakfast, head into Kibale for chimpanzee trekking. Spot other primates like colobus monkeys and forest birds. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. Overnight at lodge.
Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Drive through scenic countryside to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy an evening game drive with chances to see elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and more. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
Morning game drive in Kasenyi Plains. Afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel to view hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, and a variety of birds. Overnight at lodge.
Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi via Ishasha (Tree-Climbing Lions)
Travel to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest through the Ishasha Sector, famous for its tree-climbing lions. Arrive and settle in at your lodge.
Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
The big day! After briefing, begin your trek to track a gorilla family with expert guides. Spend one magical hour with the gorillas. Return to the lodge for relaxation.
Day 7: Return to Kampala or Entebbe
After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe. Stop for lunch and equator photos en route. Drop-off at hotel or airport.

Tips and personal expenses
Both treks can be moderately strenuous. You should be comfortable walking for 2–5 hours on forest trails. Porters are available to assist if needed.

Yes. If you prefer to skip one or both treks, let us know in advance and we can adjust your itinerary and rate accordingly.
You may spot elephants, hippos, warthogs, buffaloes, lions, leopards, crocodiles, and a wide range of bird species especially along the Kazinga Channel.
This tour can be private or group-based, depending on your preferences. We also customise for families, couples, or solo travellers.
The dry seasons (June–September & December–February) are best for both trekking and game viewing.
